I called Steve Lang appliance repair to fix out refridgerator that had stopped coolin. They sent a technition out the next day. He replaced one part. The refridgerator stayed cool for about 24 hours, the started getting warm again. I called Steve Lang back and he told me that I needed to call his technition. I did, the technition did not call me back for a few days, when he did he said that he would be out that afternoon, he never showed and would not return my calls. I had my sister call Steve lang and he hung up on her. We had our attorney call and he was told that they ""do not guarantee their work"". We have medically needy child who has thousands of dollars of medications that need to be refridgerated, this put his health in danger so we had to buy a new refridgerator while waiting for him to fix ours or give us our money back. He did neither. Do not use this unprofessional company that does not care if their customers are satisfied or not. They are terrible!!!!
