Taylored Restoration is doing a three room, two hallway restoration job for my husband and me. The living room, dining room, and entryway hall are two stories high. Fred has been doing the painting. He is extremely professional and did a wonderful job. He is the best painter we have had (and we had used several companies in the past). In the future, I will call Taylored and ask for Fred for painting projects. Andrew has been doing the majority of the work over the past week and a half. Andrew is incredible. He is professional, courteous, hardworking and is an incredble representative of the company. He has done everything that is humanly possible to make this project as painless for us as possible, while being efficient and professional. My husband is very handy and has done a lot of work on our house in the past, and he is very impressed with Andrew, his overall knowledge, and his proficiency with all aspects of the job. While I think our walls and ceiling look fantastic, I was also very impressed with Andrew's customer service skills. We specified a specific paint shade for the walls while working with Travis. We even provided the can to ensure color consistency. Lowe's mixed up the wrong shade of paint. I was not happy with the first coat. My husband called Andrew and he went to Lowe's and had the entire problem resolved before 8:00 a.m. Our second coat is the correct color and I am really happy. The original color clashed with my remaining wallpaper. I will definitely recommend Taylored to my friends and will tell my insurance company (USAA) how happy I am with your services.
