I've been working out at Executive Boxing for about a year and I absolutely love it. I was sick of my old workout at the gym so I joined EB hoping to mix up my workout a little. After the first week I could barely walk up the stairs! But, its definitely whipped me into shape and I look forward to going to class. I like the classes because each workout is a little different so it never gets old. Sammy will get you into shape!
