Review content:
I think this has to be one of the best martial arts programs around for kids. Hard Target actually teaches kids skills they can use if they ever get in a dangerous situation. I enjoy the adult classes because no matter your age or prior experience you will fit in. I have also taken their P3 Women's Self Defense Seminar which teaches you how to defend yourself with reality based instruction. There is no place I have found that offers what Hard Target does and with some of the best instructors.
