Review content:
Don't go here! Customer service is very poor. I have been to many pool shops, but I have never been treated so poorly.
I called the shop prior to my arrival only to be abruptly put on hold for 3 minutes, thinking they forgot about me, I called again and was put on hold for another 3 minutes. So I called back a 3rd time, this time when asked if I could hold, I said no, and asked if they could simply answer a quick question: ""Do you do a test for iron?"" After answering ""yes"", I replied that it only took them 5 seconds to answer my simple question, so I wish they would have at least tried to help me without putting me on hold several times. Then they abruptly hung up on me.
Since I was already on my way and a few minutes away, I drove to the store to see the clerk simply chatting with two other ""customers"". I waited for them to stop ""chatting"", then the clerk sees my water bottle and says, ""I can test that for you"". I tell him that I only need it tested for iron and also that I was the customer he kept trying to put on hold. He rudely says that he had other customers, and I replied that every customer is important, even the ones on the phone. All he had to do it try to address my question before assuming he didn't have time for me.
The clerk begins to get aggravated and argues with me about being patient. And I say that what he did to me was a horrible way to do business. Also, that he shouldn't be arguing with me because the customer is always right. He continues to argue, and tells me to get out of his store! I grab my water and say fine, then he yells as I am leaving ""Don't ever come back!""
Now was all that really necessary? What ever happened to customer service?
