Review content:
Do NOT trust any of the sales people and especially the management of Wright Automotive group. I was lied to by the sales rep and the finance manager. I had a problem with the warranty they talked me into buying and requested that a $100.00 dollar fee be waived. The controller for Wright told be and I quote ""You signed a contact too bad""
He even admitted that the sales rep was caught lying to other customers!!! This how they treat the customer there. I have bought vehicles there and always used the service at the dealership. NEVER again. Read anything they want you to sign because they will lie to you to get you to buy.
