I?d like to add my comments as to this thread. Often times we hear the negative and seldom the positives. In the weeks leading to the Christmas holidays I had been actively looking for an apartment. I called listings in newspapers, websites; I walked building to building in neighborhoods that were of interest ? to no avail. When the prospects of finding an apartment before the New Year seemed dismal, I made one final call.
