I worked with Jeff Nach at Apuzzi Realty and he was great. No problems, quick phone calls, courteous service. Jeff was also really helpful with questions, super friendly, fast with my application and even brought the contracts & lease to me to sign. Couldn't have asked for more.
Pros: Great service, friendly and down to earth.
Cons: No flexibility on broker's fee, even when listing was found on craigslist.
