I definitely recommend Reed at Apuzzi Realty. After meeting with a host of obnoxious, creepy and just plain incompetent brokers, I found Reed. What a difference. I responded to one of his ads on Craigslist and he showed me the apartment the next day. He even made sure that I was able to see it before other interested people because I was the first one to contact him about the place. That courtesy is simply unheard of in the hell that is NYC apartment hunting! He wasn't pushy at all and he answered all of my questions. After we saw it, he emailed me pictures of the apartment and kept me updated on its availability. I was apprehensive at first because the apartment was being renovated, but Reed assured me it would be a great renovation (and it is). When I decided to take it, he made the application and lease signing process a breeze. About a week before my move, he met me so I could measure the place and he even arranged for me to move in a day early! Throughout the process, he was always reachable and prompt to answer text/emails/calls. Reed is a friendly, approachable and smart agent. I love my new place and I highly recommend him.
