Review content:
I found an apartment on craigslist and was put in touch with Jeff. From our first conversation, he was nothing but calm and friendly- VERY unlike most brokers in this city. He didn't try to ""sell"" me, but gave it to me straight. In setting up a time to see the place, he was extremely flexible to my schedule and was even friendly and cheerful when I was a bit late! We saw the apartment- and instead of blabbing to me the whole time about how great the neighborhood is or how amazing the space is for the price, he just let me wander around and take the time to do my thing. I decided to put an application on it and Jeff came to my office the next day to pick up the paperwork- I didn't have to go out of my way at all. A few days later, I found something I liked better- I should mention after Jeff had worked to get me approved. I called Jeff to tell him I no longer wanted to take the place and he was totally understanding and put no pressure on me whatsoever to take the place anyway. He wished me all the best with the other apartment and told me he would be happy to personally come to my office to drop off the $200 deposit I gave him. He followed up with me the very next day to schedule a time that he could come drop the money off with me! Pros: Jeff Nach is a good guy Cons: Reviews on citysearch made me nervous to work with this company
