I just got my apartment through a broker at Apuzzi Realty and couldn't be happier. I had to move into the apartment no later than Friday and I turned in my application Monday afternoon. The broker did whatever was necessary to get me in and I had the keys on Wednesday. After having dealt with a large number of brokers, some from big name prestigious firms it was a pleasure to meet someone who came on time to appointments, was knowledgeable about the rental market, had accurate information on the building I was interested in, and was willing to admit mistakes when he made them. In short a true professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
