Go talk to the people who live in the building. Jeff Nach will not tell you the truth. The super will not be honest, Jeff Nach pays the super to lie. Go back by yourself and talk to someone going in, they will be nice and tell you the truth. Sometimes, one apartment is worse then the others, over a bar, with a bad neighbor, tell the people what apartment you are looking at. Jeff Nach will be nice he is trying to get his fee, but he is not honest. You will think he is your friend until you move in and then suddenly you will see the truth. Be very careful, do not trust Jeff Nach, do not trust a super who works with him.
