I count my blessings in finding Jeff. Our communication started through an ad on Craigslist. However, at that time, the apartment I was interested in was already rented. He said that I should circle back with him in a week because he was expecting another apartment vacancy. A week later, still nothing. This back and forth went on from the end of April until recently, beginning of June. I was persistent and he was always professional and honest about what he could and could not do. Because I'd been on his radar, as soon as he heard that an apartment was going to be vacant, in the vicinity I wanted, he called me up. At that point, I thought it was a lost case because he didn't have anything for me in the area I wanted in over a month. He was committed to finding me the place of my dreams -- so much so that the apartment he showed me still had it's current tenants in it! This goes to show his dedication; he didn't waste any time...as soon as he learned that the current tenants were leaving, he went to work. He always followed up with me and made sure all my questions were answered. He's a straight-shooter and just a generally nice guy. Don't believe the bad reviews -- some people are just immature.
