Review content:
These guys are horrible. I traded in my truck to these guys that was blue booked at $18,500 dollars. They offered me 14k for it. I said no deal. I wanted to leave and they absolutely refused to give me my car back to leave the lot to pick up my wife. Needless to say, I ended up buying a car from them anyway. They said they would give me 16,700 for my trade in but would pay the bank 15,100 and give me a balance check in the male for the remainder. Needless to say, I am not getting a balance check. It was a high pressure sale. I was forced to get warranty, and my clutch is sticking. So, ironically enough, my clutch is not covered. So now I have to pay 300 for a new clutch and a 120 diagnostic fee. Also, I have called with many questions, and nobody is willing to help. Especially my sales guy. (His name is OZZIE). These guys are crooks, thieves, and Liars. They tell you what you want to hear, but once they have your money, they dont care about you. Your better off going somewhere else. Trust me.
