At the time, things were great. Here we are weeks later and the mask has fallen. There was a ""problem getting my loan funded because they couldn't verify employment"", but not a single person from the dealership thought it important enough to let me know. How I found out was getting called from the bank that held the loan for the vehicle I traded in. They asked when I was paying on the vehicle and I told them I traded it in. They have not been paid so I called the dealership and found out there was a problem. I was told they had 21 days to pay the trade off but it has been 22 days now and they're refusing to pay it until the new loan has funded. Then they made me call the funding department of the new car loan and do the employment verification myself. They were no help and the only advice they had was ""make a payment on the vehicle you traded in"". Come on guys, step up and live up to your claims. You suck!!!!!!!
