I purchased a vehicle from NAP back in June and I will NEVER buy from them again. I worked with Rob and Ozzie and all they do is lie and mislead you. They had a problem with my financing I thought I was financed when I left when I tried to rescend my contract all of a sudden there is restocking fee and I have to pay for miles because they messed up? They finally get my financed that was a headache and the reason they had a hard time is because they overcharged me! My vehicle was supposed to have received a 120 point inspection well within in a week noticed weird popping sound plus wheel shook when accelarating or stopping. Took it in they couldn't find anything ""serious"" said I just needed a little cap would only cost $10. Well I don't hear anything went back a week later they ordered the part will call me when its in. Never heard back now I am out of my warranty go to another mechanic and oh my drivers side control arm is broken ($700 to fix by the way) and the mechanic says hes never seen once this bad that hasn't already completely broken off and rolled a vehicle. When I asked how long he thought it'd been like that he said at least 6 months. They sold me a vehicle that was ready to break and kill me. Nice NAP! I honestly don't know how they sleep at night. Please don't buy from them they do not care about your safety they knew I drive to work everyday on the freeway and all the care about is the sale.
