Took my puppy in the beginning ( 7 yrs ago) and got tired of paying twice the price for visits as well as being guilted for not buying their over priced items recommended. Recently had to go on an Emergency and he did what he could all in two minutes, left the room and said not a thing ! Not a I am sorry , not, shes gone , not a ,did all I could do or anything ! I stood there not knowing what was the status ??? He did offer me to purchase a coffin and a paw print for my just passed pet? Crying , I told him I'd pay or he could send me the bill, immediatley he presented me with a $150 plus bill for about ten minutes of his time at my weakest greiving moment ??? He wants a high priced botique but I will never support him ! My dog was dead when I went in and he wanted to upsell me a coffin box and dust catcher ?? NO THANK YOU !!!!! Better vets and people!! to do business with ,,,,,,,
