A co-worker recommended Santoros to me about seven months ago, but I'd always pass it by in fear of trying something 'new' and hating it.
So I finally tried Santoros today, and let me just say that I'm so upset that I hadn't tried it SOONER! It was fantastic- even my mom was impressed, and she's extremely hard to please. The pizza was perfect- it had the right wood burned taste, but it wasn't charred or overdone. The toppings were adequate without being overpowering. There were so many different types of pizzas to choose from, and they all sounded great. And the service was superb- our waitress was as nice and pleasant as could be. We now have a new favorite spot to eat! I'm hooked! :)
