Review content:
I am not one to complain; in fact I joined CitySearch just so I could write this. I had the WORST experience in all my years of getting blond highlights, at this salon. The woman wouldn't cover my roots because she said it wouldn't look right...""just wait she said, it will look great."" And she also added what was supposed to be a darker blond to blend in, which turned out to be pink. PINK! I told her they looked pink, to which she responded, ""No, they look more Rosewood to me."" I left in tears, after having paid full price for the service she said she realized I was not happy with. And now I have to go pay full price again at my old salon that is far away from my new job, just to get it fixed so I can go out in public without feeling like I am trying to be a punk rocker. Pros: It is right in downtown Vancouver Cons: poor skill and inability to listen to the client.
