I have found the services at C. Roberts to be beyond compare. Whenever I travel, and I happen to be in the Portland area, I have found that this small salon is incredible for its sense of cutting edge style at very affordable rates. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and I always leave there feeling renewed. Thankyou C. Roberts!
