Review content:
Although they have a convenient drive through in the Kroger shopping center (Willis), they are not very good at safely cleaning clothes. Twice in the last 6 months they have ruined an item of clothing. What really burns me up, is there is NEVER any apology. Just an argument about how they didn?t ruin it! In both cases, the owner implied that either the item was not ruined or that it was brought in to the shop damaged. This really makes me angry! In both cases it is clear the damaged was caused by someone ?pressing? the item when they should not have. Ex. Velvet! If you like your clothes and you want to keep them in good condition, I strongly recommend you find another cleaner. However if you don?t mind wearing things that are very clearly damaged, then this is the place for you!
