I had a really bad experience with the business manager Marla at dr. call's office. He wasn't that bad of a dentist, but his staff were some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with in medical or dental offices. I am a very amicable person who gets along with everyone. I just think people need to be more professional. If you are having a bad day....leave it at home. Fake it till you make it! This woman should be terminated immediately. In conclusion, please be aware that a practice is defined by the employees working for it. I would not ever recommend going to My Dentist. Good luck in the future, Dr. Call.
