Review content:
This is a terrible place. The manager is very passive aggressive. She is not concerned with what the parents want or need only what she wants. She will blame the parents for anything that happens. If you complain, your child all of sudden becomes a huge problem. If you complain more, the owner will kick you out. The assistant manager is very nice but she has no power and will not do anything. The teachers don't teach they blame. They don't stop the children from beating or biting, they say let them work it out. They don't call you if your child is injured. They tell you doing the tour all about their policies but they don't tell you that they don't follow them.
