Businiess name:  Soo Yuan

Review content:
Wedged in a narrow space between larger restaurants on Calistogas main thoroughfare, Soo Yuan has made a respectable name for itself in a tourist town full of Mexican, Italian, and California Grill cuisines by serving up respectable, if unadventurous, home-style Chinese dishes. The House Chow Mein is well made and features efectly cooked pasta, the Sesame beef is light, well seasoned, has extremely delicate balance between spice and sweetness, and is representative of the house interpretation on traditional Chinese dishes: You are unlikely to find this to be on par with the finest in Beijing, but for California Chinese, it fits the bill quite nicely. Pros: Generous portions, well seasoned, you'll want to return Cons: not the prettiest, Americanized, small
