I would warn everyone I know NOT to go to Peralta Auto Care. The owner is RUDE and is NOT honorable. I had taken my Honda Accord to them and have had problems ever since then. They stripped my oil pan plug and refused to fix the problem. I had to take the car back three times! This is unacceptable for a simple service like an oil change. I had NO problems with the car before taking to this shop. Then when I called the to speak to the owner he was short with me and unwilling to listen. I told him what two different Honda dealerships told me about having to use a torque wrench to make sure that they do NOT strip the oil pan (since it is aluminum) and to replace the plug washer everytime in order to avoid over tightening the oil plug. He then got deffensive and told me that I should NOT tell him how to do his job & that he has been changing oil for 20 years.
Cons: Lies to get you to accept poor quality work. Very Defensive when you question him.
