Review content:
Having three kids under seven years old, I've known the day would come when one of them entertained the notion of flushing anything/everything they could get down the commode. Well the day finally came and the whole household was shut down from the clog. Roto Rooter's dispatch operator said someone would arrive within two hours. Ten minutes after hanging up with her we got the call that someone is in route.
Our Service Tech, Robert was professional, concise and diagnosed the problem instantly. Roto Rooter is a bit more expensive than other rooter companies but I believe there service and guarantee is worth $30- $40.
From the initial phone call to our completed repair took about an hour and a half. I only wish I could have known what caused the clog. My best guess would be Hotwheels. Although our remote is still missing.
