Review content:
This is a great school. The instructors here really know their stuff. I have been a student here for three years, and I continue to learn and build strength. What I have learned here is that the greatest strength comes from developing physical and mental strength in harmony. This is a great school if you are looking for a TRADITIONAL martial art, not cage fighting. However, the self-defense taught is one of the strongest I have ever encountered.
