Review content:
told us he only had 1 apartment for rent till March / April and it was a lower level Apartment an we could keep our small dog. Told him we would take it and gave a deposit to hold apartment per his request. 3 days later he said it was not available to us but he would have one available on October 1st. went back and gave a new deposit and sign a lease on a Wednesday. He took the deposit and told us he did not have a lease drawn up, could we come back on Wednesday. He called on a Friday and said I now had to move in September 1st. I told him I already gave my notice to the other landlord and wanted to make sure I gave proper notice. He then told us he had to rent to someone else if I did not move in by September 1st. decided after him then telling me he had a few more apartments up for rent in October he would let me know, in the mean time he cashed my check without a contract and will not return any calls back or refund my deposit back. He lied and changed his story 3 times, I still have no money or any calls back after 7 days. Not very professional / and would not let us see the apartment we were renting.

Cons: No garage / Parking lot all broken up
