Review content:
Ok, lets be frank, I have just experienced service so bad, that for the first time in my life I am actually writing an internet review. To be fair the food is not terrible, its okay run-of-the-mill pan-asian cuisine, nothing spectacular but surely could be worse. What couldn't be worse was the service, which was atrocious. After waiting a while to order, the waiter/maitre'd was angry at me for mishearing my order. When the improper dish came out I politely reminded him of my requested dish and he loudly stated that I should have told him this in the first place (so loudly that the neighboring tables could hear) and I replied that I indeed did tell him. He was visibly angry and left for the kitchen. In about 15 minutes he returned with the new dish, but not only the new dish but the old one too, and proclaimed, with the same volume that I should note, that 'that' (pointing at the dish) was the food I wasted. Now at this point I am quite angry and am torn between walking out (which is what the neighboring table suggests I do) and quickly eating and getting back to work (after all this is lunch and I'd be hungry for the rest of the day had I chosen this route). I would have left, but for the fact that I had already skipped breakfast, and so decided to make the pragmatic choice and finish the plate. At this I ask for my check from another waitress and leave to write this review. Yet I'd feel remiss if I didn't note that there is a great asian food restaurant just across the street, and maybe if you are in the area you'd head that way rather than this miserable hut. Pros: Location - Close to good alternatives Cons: Service, Decor, Cleanliness, Food
