I feel as if I have been reading about another company entirely! Total Quality has serviced my HVAC for 5 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about their employees. The appointment window I am supplied is a 3-hour NOT 6-hour and they always give me a 30-minute call ahead. They wait for me if I get stuck in traffic and are always polite. Their customer service reps are happy, positive and helpful every time I call. I would definiately recommend this company for HVAC service!
Pros: Polite, On-time, Thorough
Cons: Busy, but I'm usually calling during peak season
