I guess you get what you pay for. While everything was moved fairly quickly we were under-quoted both time and materials. It took the movers two trips to get everything from our office and we had to request additional packing crates. There were also several items of furniture that were damaged during the move. Also we were told that the computer monitors were going to be placed on a special cart for transport. This did not happen. Monitors and computers were thrown to the bottom of the speed packs with multiple items loaded on top. I wish that the movers had taken more care with our possesions. They also left tape on everything and did not clean up after themsleves. Things were not properly packed and secured for shipping. I would also incurage Philpots to require their employees to wear deoderant. By the end of the afternoon the smell in the office was unbearable. Not the experience I was expecting or promised. They talk a good game, but do not deliever.
