My name is Dawn Schieleit and your company rescued me and my family two weeks ago. We actually slept with ice packs under us. you and your company are our angels. I can not thank you enough for what you did. Your technician Lance was so kind and thoughtful. Donna, the woman who put us in touch , she was one of the kindest people I've met over the phone and the same in person. You have 2 employees who I can say treated us like friends from the beginning not strangers. Again, thank you so much for helping us have air again. I dont have to do housework in the middle of the night anymore because I can breathe during the day. My Dog and Cat even thank you! We really do appreciate everything yall did for us and will never forget it.
