Review content:
I had the worst experience with Able & Ready Appliance Repair. They are rude, unprofessional and basically do not have a clue. Customer service is nonexistent if you can even get them to answer the phone in under 30 min. What a waste of my time. The initial visit they assessed the problem. I am convinced they never intended to fix the problem because they told me to call Whirlpool and demand 2 new units. Needless to say Whirlpool was not going to give me new units and they told me to have Able & Ready order the parts and repair the washers. Able and Ready refused to order the parts. When Whirlpool contacted them to see what was going on, they still refused. The customer service rep at Whirlpool apologized for them and told me that the protocol for ordering warranty parts is to be handled by the repair company, but she ordered them for me and told me she has never had this happen before. I was rescheduled a few times at the last minute before Able & Ready actually came out to do the repair. When the tech came out he was supposed to be here in the early am, but didn't arrive until noon. He took a look at the job ahead of him a said he would have to reschedule with not explanation to me. I was furious. The tech was rude and aggressive and scared me. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an in home repair. I am surprise Whirlpool hasn't pulled them from their list of companies to use based on all the negative feedback I have seen both on this site and others.
