I was extremely pleased with the ladies that came to clean my house. I walked in and was immediately taken back. My house had not had a real good cleaning in over 2 years, so they had a huge job on their hands. As I walked around downstairs and upstairs to ""inspect"", the things that I had expected that would be over looked were spotless. I had low expectations for my tubs/showers etc, because I have teenagers. Those exceeded my expectations. The ONLY thing I noticed were a couple of obvious things that just got overlooked and not dusted (I even hesitate to mention, but I know there are not nice people who might not be so kind if it were overlooked in their homes/businesses) and that is definitely not a deal breaker-the top of my daughters dresser behind the pictures and the lamps in my sons room, and the tops of the picture frames on my staircase wall (eye level frames). That was it. That was ALL I could find, and when you take into consideration the MAGNITUDE of dirt in my home they had to deal with, I would and will most certainly use them again!!
