Almost 20 years ago, I read in Boston Magazine, that Joanna Giraud was Boston Magazine's Best Colorist in Boston. I went to her salon, Solus, on Newbury Street ,and it didn't take me long to see why she had earned that reputation!! My base color is dark brown, and finding the perfect blonde highlight was usually a struggle for prior colorists. Not Joanna, her color is always perfection... Joanna is by far the most talented when it comes to color and especially highlights and low lights.. she has trained some of the most sought after colorists on Newbury Street today. Corey Melisi, also a Newbury Street professional, has joined her in Hamilton . Omar Giraud, is a leading Newbury Street stylist, who works on Newbury and in Hamilton to provide fabulous styling to their clients. Lauren Menezes is Joanna's new assistant, who is thoroughly delightful and she is always there to make certain your visit to Giraud Studio is perfection!! I have followed Joanna from Boston to Hamilton and would travel anywhere to continue to receive the most professional coloring from her. She is an absolute delight to listen to and talk to and you will love the atmosphere and great energy of the salon. I thoroughly enjoy my ride from Walpole every 6-8 weeks and know you will be so happy to be apart of their world at Giraud Studio. It's worth the ride!!
