I had a bad experience with Ship Shape, we found we had a rodent problem 4/9/10 and they didn't find where they were entering our home until Aug.2010. In the mean time the rodents did considerable damage to my home. I kept calling asking for ""new eyes"" that the job wasn't getting done. The young man that was assigned to me was a very polite young man but something was going un-noticed and my house was taking abuse it should not have had to.They were entering through the courtyard room's air conditioner and made that their home base and traveled in between the ceiling and the floor up stairs through out the rest of the house [we use this room for storage and had no idea how damaged it was until Christmas, absolute devastation] Here it is 2011 and they have yet to fulfill the contract, I was charged 100.00 for Bac & Zap what ever that is and they have yet to come and do this.
