Review content:
I was referred by Panasonic for local warranty repair and they gave me 3 choices. One in San Diego, One in Poway, and one in Oceanside.
I came to the one in Poway based on reviews of the other stores although there was a scary review for this one as well, it overall seemed to be the ""these guys fixed my TV"" place and the only bad review was from a guy who was turned away because they don't do JVC. I don't have a JVC so that does not concern me.
I was not disappointed. These guys are friendly to deal with and replaced some of the boards in my 42"" Plasma and this was about a month ago and I've had no problems.
I want to help the next fearful guy who is wondering where to go. None of these shops are showrooms, they are TV repair shops, so the only way you can judge what is good by the ""These guys fixed my TV well!"" and they did. So give them a shot.
