MARCH 20, 2008 I BROUGHT MY ELDERLY DOG OF 11 YEARS TO GET A NORMAL HAIR CUT AND PICKED HER UP AND PAYED. WHEN I PUT HER DOWN IN THE CAR I REALIZED THAT TSHE WAS BLEEDING ALL OVER MY HAND AND BEGAN TO PANIC. I THEN REALIZED THAT THE BLEEDINGD WAS COMING FROM HER TOENAILS THEY WERE ALL BUTCHERED UP AND 4 OF THEM WERE BLEEDING PROFUSELY SHE BLEEDING ON MY CLOTHES AND MY CAR SEAT I BEGAN TO CLEAN UP MY PUPPY, CAR, AND SELF THEN RETURNED TO THE STORE TO SHOW THE OWNER WHO ACTED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL. I WAS REFUSED MY MONEY BACK AND THE OWNER WAS RUDE AND CURSED AT MY UNCLE AND TOLD HIM TO GET OUT THE STORE THAT MY DOG WAS NOT BLEEDING. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT U USE ANOTHER GROOMER BECAUSE WHO KNOWS HOW OUR ANIMALS ARE BEING TREATED WHEN WE LEAVE IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THE OWNERS.
Pros: CHEAPER THAN PETCO AND PET SMART.
Cons: BUTCHERD MY DOGS NAILS AND WAS RUDE AND DISREGUARDFUL OF MY FEELINGS ABOUT THE MATTER.
