I like Fitness 19 for several reasons. It's close to my house which is super convenient. The staff are always friendly. Best of all I owe my success of losing 40 pounds (and still going!) to Ryan G. He has helped me attain my goals and still working on future goals to have a lifetime of staying healthy! The atmosphere here is great! Thanks Ryan!
