I had gone to multiple Chevy dealers in Houston area. I contacted this dealer and Steve Graves responded to me. We did most of communication by email. I went to test drive the car and he did not push me into buying. He answered every question I had and took as much time as I needed. I bought the car from him the next day he called to say I left a cd in the player and was holding it for me. This was in Jan '08. Well just last month we went back and my wife went to him and bought a crossover from him. Agian no pressure and gave us as much time as we needed without feeling rushed. Both times beat other dealers pricing.
Pros: No pressure, beat other dealers pricing.
Cons: None so far.
