My experience with this dealership has been less than exemplary, they have botched three deals and lost papwerwork and approvals in the interim. The finance TEAM are extremely disorganized and bladently lie to you. I was told on three seperate ocassions that my purchase was approved to come by, on each ocassion either the approvals could not be found or they were still working on said deal. The sales people do not have any idea what is going on, furthermore they RARELY call you back with updates. This was to be my first purchase of an American car suffice to say, I may just hold onto my import and buy another from a reputable dealer with ethics but above all customer service. I have every intention of reporting the questionalble practices to the BBB and perhaps to some local news investigative reporters. People are believing in these people and trusting in their word which at the end of the day means nothing. I highly WARN anyone from even attempting to purchase from this company.
