Review content:
QA came out and fixed an issue with our washer and charged us roughly $200. Things worked fine for roughly 60 days and then the same issue came up again. When I called to have them come out to fix the same issue, again, they refused to come out without charging a $75 fee and all the labor fees associated with fixing THE SAME ISSUE. The part is under warranty for another 30 days but I'll still get hit with paying them at least $150 to fix the same thing they fixed 60 days ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not budge AT ALL on any issue if it is past their 30 day labor guarantee. The woman even said if I don't like their policy then I should go somewhere else. I called another highly rated company and they're coming out same day and will diagnose without charging a service fee AND they have a 90 day guarantee on their labor. DO NOT USE QUALITY APPLIANCE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!
