Review content:
Not only did the sofa bed I ordered arrive over a month late, I was notified by e-mail that I had ""authorized"" inside delivery (rather than having them dump a 700-lb sofa curbside). I checked the website. Yes indeed, unlike any other on-line company I have ever done business with, this one requires you to pay EXTRA for having a sofa delivered into your home. Sears does it, Homedecorators does it, IKEA does it, but these cheats charge for this as ""white glove"" service. Unbelievable! The driver simply brought it in (and expected a hefty tip). I never ""authorized"" him to do this, and I was never notified until after the fact that there would be an extra charge incurred for this. Worse still, in trying to register this as a disputed payment with my credit card company, they had the account listed as Cinedoc. So what are these con artists really going by: Cal-Moda? Funky Sofa? Cinedoc? Shady, shady, shady. Only AT&T has ever ranked worse for customer service in my book. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Their sofas are indeed ""funky"" looking, but the sellers will go out of their way to rob you blind.
Cons: LATE! OVERPRICED FOR VALUE! DECEPTIVE BEYOND BELIEF!
