Poor comunicators, follow up none, bait and switch operation keep driving if you want to keep smiling ,avoid at all cost..Watch out for the finance dept. they will take you for a ride and dump you .When you have problems you are on your own,The service dept. will give you all sorts of excuses of why the RV will not be ready on time. Real smooth operation reminds you of a movie....then the nightmare begins.If you are one of the unlucky ones and reads this after the fact expect the extended warranty to be VERY COSTLY even if you purchased it to avoid the cost .The insurance policy is the signal for the party to begin for them...YOU WILL BE PASSED AROUND LIKE A CHEAP DATE .
Pros: nice selection great sales team
Cons: sales team is a 180 from the finance to the service dept. EVER SO POOR !!!!! 2 fingers up !!! from 2 hands guess which ones now ?
