My 2010 TDI Sportwagen tranny went out, at 4:00 pm. on the day I was moving my office to another location.
These guys are superb. Jesse in the service department (Jesse James, yes, thats his real name) called and got me a rental car, which Hertz brought to me since I was stranded at my new office.
Mickele, the other service writer, is also wonderful to work with.
These folks made a disastrous end of day alot easier for me. Thank God the car is still under warranty! This has been the only problem; til now I have just loved this car. Even at $4.39/gallon, I like getting 35 miles per. My experience here has been superior to the service recieved on true luxury cars like Infiniti.
