the appointment coordinator was able to get my appointment set within minutes, and I received a reminder call the day before my appointment, also finding out ahead of time if we needed a shuttle ride. when I came into the service dept on the morning of my appointment the service writer greeted me and asked a lot of questions about the noise my wife was hearing. after signing my estimate the shuttle took me to work. Jesse called me to let me know what my car needed and how much it would take to repair it within 2 hours and the work was done before I got off work. when I went to pick up my car and pay for the bill Jesse even stopped to make sure I understood everything that was done and see if I had any additional questions instead of just handing me of to a cashier like other dealers I have been to. will definitely be back, this place is great!!
