OutToday. Com was really conscientious when they did the work, and they looked for other things while they were here. We had them come out to do a little work on the new installation, we had a small problem because of my ignorance of the system, and when they came out they noticed we had a problem with our hot water heater. We wouldn't have known otherwise. We replaced it.
It is good to do business with a company that is not just a one man operation. You get the experience of several people. When the guy at our house was having some trouble another technician came right away to straighten it out. Before, when we used a one man business, we were stuck without heating for 4 or 5 days while he figured everything out. This time the heat was just down for one day and running again in the evening. You might end up paying a little more for the product with them, but I think it is worth it.
