I had Outtoday Plumbing come out to my home and replace my toilet in my upstairs bathroom, and fix my leaking sink in the kitchen. The customer service rep was very nice from starters: she explained how they charged and the prices for them coming out. Due to me having surgery on my left ear i could barley hear and she was very patient with me. Once the technician arrived to my home he had his shoe covers on his clip board and his tools I can say he was ready to work. He sat me down and went over all the options I had to choose from. He diagnosed that my toilet had a crack in it, and that's what was causing it to leak. I figured that much I mean it was 15yrs old. So i agreed to replace it with a new one. Then for the kitchen sink there was a few fixtures that was not properly sealed. In the future I'll most definitely call OUTTODAY PLUMBING for any issues I come across.
