Review content:
I was told that all my billing was ok before I stopped going to Bart Coleman and now I find out that they think I owe $343.50 because this doctor's office totally screwed up their billing for years!!! Now they are billing people for services from 2007 and making these people prove that they don't owe. When I gave them my EOB's from my insurance company of which they apparently lost records on and do not show any proper adjustments or any records of EOB's in their files. Problem is the EOB's show they need to make adjustments because they are charging more than the allowable amount according to my insurance companies. I have yet to see an adjusted statement and I have two insurance companies working on the issue. Now they have a debt collector contacting me with an even higher amount that before!!! All I want is this lousy business to process the insurance correctly and adjust the allowable amount to what it should be. They are trying to rip people off and I feel sorry for the people who paid this business cash because I am sure they are screwing them over too!!!!!
