Food OK. Watch your bill! -- A group of us from work went for lunch last week (July, 2012). I had the yakiniku Bento lunch - yakiniku beef was bland. Service was OK - no major issues. We were expecting a gratuity of 18% to be added to the bill since we had a group of 6 and since that is stated on the menu. When the bills came, 20% was added to the bill, calculated on the AFTER-tax total. No mention was made of the percentage charged -- you had to calculate the percentage to figure out you had been overcharged. I felt this was dishonest. I wasn't surprised when I saw other comments on this site about being overcharged. I won't be going back.
